Small Space...Big Design!

In today's real estate market here in the states it seems as if the square footage of homes and apartments keeps getting smaller.  When it comes to small home design I think the Europeans have it down best as they have been much more prone to small spaces for decades.  I fond while living in NYC for several years the best inspiration for designing my small apartment came from overseas.  As I find the designs to always be chic and cozy.  Here are just a few designs that have more recently caught my retinas attention.  Happy Monday!
