Halloween Treat

I'm sure most people have their own reservations and thoughts about Halloween.  As for me I see it as a fun day to dress up, be silly and have a great time with family and friends.  As always throwing a party is right up my ally and turning the shindig into a chic one is easier then you think.  Here are a few ideas that are on my list this year.  Enjoy
