My Five Must Have Beauty Products...

9.12.2012

Top to bottom...
1. Pure Olive Oil- This is my go to product that multi-tasks as my eye make-up remover, body moisturizer, Night under eye anti-wrinkle serum and night lip moisturizer. (I like the Trader Joes Brand)

2. Meditation Sea Salt-Sea Salt is a natural healer therefore I use it as a light exfoliate with just water while I am in the shower.  It helps keep my skin clear and glowing.

3. Acne.org regimen-I have been using their products for years and they work so amazing, that I could not fathom giving them up.  My skin has never gotten so many compliments since I started using the products.

4. Royal Apothic-Extract of Orange Blossom I love fragrance and smelling pretty just makes me happy.  This sent is so pretty and because it is oil based it stays on for hours.  Every time I wear it I always get complimented on it.

5. Salt Rock Deodorant-I like to keep my products as pure and natural as possible.  Going all natural is a process yet one of the first things I changed was my deodorant as there has been studies that breast cancer has links to some of the chemicals in Name Brand Anti-perspirants.  Although it is important for everyone to do their own research, I decided to go all natural with my deodorant.  I use both the hard salt rock and roll on together as for me it provides better protection.

There you have it my five beauty must have products.  What are some of yours,  I would love to know. xo

Motivation Monday's...All Natural Cure

4.09.2012

This last weekend I was stuck in bed with a cold and needed a little allergy and sinus relief.   One thing about me, I'm an all natural remedy kind of gal.  Therefore anytime I find a remedy that calls for natural ingredients that I would have around home, I'm all ears.  I found this recipe on the blog  Frugal by Choice, Cheap by Necessity and wanted to share it with all of you.  All you need is a muffin tin, baking soda, water, and any essential oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, and rosemary.  Mix the baking soda and water, then add your essential oils.  Be sure to leave the muffin tin out overnight, and in the morning you will have your tablets.  Place the tablet in your shower or bath and let it dissolve under hot water while you bathe.  The tablet releases vapors that help clear your nose and throat.  Enjoy, and Let me know what you think!!!
