Breakfast with a really good friend is always up my alley especially when she suggests that we try a spot called Cafe Ambrosia, because she knows "I loves me a Mimosa"!!! Just my luck the place was not only adorable, with really great service but the food was delicioso. To top things off $1.99 Mimosa, Bellini's, and Champagne all day everyday...That's right ALL Day Every Day...I'm sold!!! Oh and did I mention the restaurant is right by the beach and the prices don't break your bank roll. What a happy Thursday :)
Eggs Florentine with lemon dill hollandaise sauce, feta cheese, crispy bacon and a side of home fries. The dish was a bit on the heavy side, but it was to my request and you have to treat yourself every once in awhile. The portions are so large I wasn't able to finish but I did leave quite satisfied and am willing to save my calorie points just to indulge in this delish dish again and again.
